Born in the Bronx, NY on June 11, 1939, to Jane Walsh Mallory and Charles Mallory, he attended Xavier High School and Fordham University. His education and Christian values served him well as a navigator in the U.S. Naval Reserves and career as a N.Y.C. Policeman.
Though he struggled with health issues for many years, his charm and wit endured him to so many!
Charles was predeceased by his wife of 56 years Dolores Mallory in October 2024. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Charles III, stepdaughter Laura (Scott) Reynolds, brother Bruce Mallory, sister Pamela Sullivan, nieces Pamela Sullivan, Elizabeth Sullivan, and great nephew Liam Sullivan.
