Aunt Eileen sacrificed her entire life for us and would give the shirt off her back for someone in need and we will NEVER forget that!
Eileen had an army of amazing nieces and nephews; Jaime Deaver, Greg Deaver, Nicole Fini, Heather Daley, Kelly Maher, Lyssa Fargnoli, Anastasia Maher, Brianna Maher, Chistina Maher, Adele Maher and countless others. She also had two additional sisters, Maureen and Kathleen and two pre-deceased brothers, Michael and Daniel.
Eileen also leaves behind several best friends throughout the years. Patricia Joyce, Barbara Karl, Kathie Ziegler, Debbie Roberts, Robert Polanza, and Kaye Crescimano. Anyone who knew Eileen, knew her love of animals. Her fur babies Leo, Eddie, King, Chance, Bosco, Karma, Roley, Dom, Mia, Lola and Zoe will miss her dearly.
She was a devoted woman of faith and had a lifelong standing relationship with the Parish Visitors of Mary Immaculate Convent, Marycrest in Monroe, NY. In her spare time Eileen’s main passion was cooking. She made it look easy! She was a published Poet, had a love of photography, was an amazing artist and was very strong-minded, vocal about her beliefs and was a mentor of family and tradition. Eileen saw that a good meal and a strong cup of coffee could settle it all…..and a piece of chocolate never hurt!
Eileen will be missed dearly. This is not goodbye! We will See You Next Tuesday, Ei!
