Dear Elaine,

You were the best neighbor that I ever had. I will never forget how the two of us used to be on the phone during the flooding and watch all the idiots try to drive through it. We would laugh so hard at them and how stupid they were. You were always there for me whenever I needed anything from the first night when I had no phone and I bothered you and Bill. I knew then that I had fantastic neighbors, I will miss you. Please rest in peace with your beloved husband, Bill.
