Ivy Lane Trail Blazers [Zenker Family] -

Wow - when asked for my favorite memory...
There are so many that had a real influence on my life - it was that time of ones life.
I rather believe it was the legacy that HAZ left that always will impress me.
Hard working father putting in long hours and then the long train ride home to Monroe each night.
Leads me to one of my favorite memories - as Steve and I sat on the couches in the play room / TV room watching the Three Stooges
HAZ walked in on us counting our money we just made selling hot dogs at Mikie Stadium [Army Football] - Steve and I were just about finished and ready to total out for the Saturdays hot dog sales - Mr Zenker has well how did you do...? so we told him. Steve made a little more than I did but it still was great take for Saturday afternoon football game selling Hot Dogs. The amount I'll keep disclosed but it was so great it had MR. Zenker so made at us he couldn't believe it - all he said was that he didn't make that much in a weeks long commute to NYC.

One other quick one was when the NY Yankees were playing a twilight double header Mr. Zenker would drop us off at Yankee stadium around 8:00 AM on his way to work [He would take the Falcon Wagon on those days] and pick us up after the second game was over. Real Stadium kids

Thanks HAZ for the memories there were many more.
