Isabella Quercia

Isabella was born on July 23, 1926 to Bartolomeo and Concetta (Frasca) Amatetti in Brooklyn, NY.

She was married in Brooklyn in 1969 to the late Ralph Quercia who passed away in 1987. She worked for many years as a clerk at the Medicine Chest Pharmacy in New Windsor, NY retiring in 2001.

Isabella was a loving wife, mother and aunt and a dear friend to many. She was a fun loving and enthusiastic person and the life of family parties, always willing to join in games. Her playful spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Rosemary Quercia, caring sister, Angela Hanlon and several adoring nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph Quercia and brother Pasquale Amatetti.

There will be a gathering of friends and family on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at the DAVID T. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 20 North St., Washingtonville, NY from 9 to 9:45 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will Celebrated at 10:00 am on Tuesday July 17th at St. Mary's Church in Washingtonville. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, also in Washingtonville.
