

Joan A. Iannucci, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother-to-be, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2025. Born on October 7, 1930, to the late Harold and Violet (Caulkins) Dinan, Joan lived a life full of family, faith, music, and community.
A proud graduate of SUNY New Paltz and a member of the Arethusa Sorority, Joan began her professional life as a schoolteacher before dedicating herself to raising her family. Her love for the arts led her to the stage, where she delighted in performing with the White Plains Community Theater. Joan also loved playing piano and singing. She was a longtime, devoted member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church and had a love for playing cards and playing games.
Joan is survived by her children: James Iannucci and his wife Michelle, Laurie Feuer and her husband Dave, and daughter-in-law Tammy Iannucci. She leaves behind a cherished legacy in her grandchildren: Jeremy Iannucci, Melissa Iannucci, Peter Catal and his wife Michelle, Daniel Catal, Kevin Catal, Steven Iannucci, and Katarina Iannucci. The family joyfully awaits the arrival of her first great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert L. Iannucci; her son, Steven Iannucci; and her parents.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Mary McPhillips for the loving care and friendship she provided Joan throughout the last 11 years.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2–5 PM, with a Prayer Service at 4 PM.
Interment will take place on Monday at 10 AM at Orange County Veterans Cemetery.
Joan’s grace, warmth, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
