Jose P. Gonzalez, Jr. of Monroe, NY passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 at the age of 57. Jose was born to Jose and Agostina (Negron) Gonzalez, Sr. on May 13, 1959 in Nyack, NY. Jose served in United States ARMY from February 1980 until February of 1996. He was in the Special Forces and was a Master Jumper. Jose worked for Cranesville Concrete in Rock Tavern, NY. He loved riding his Harley Davidson and his cherished pets, 3 dogs and a parrot.
Jose is survived by his beloved son Alex Gonzalez, adored niece Augustina Gonzalez, and caring brothers Edwin and Rudi Gonzalez.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North St., Washingtonville, NY. A prayer service will be celebrated also on Thursday, June 30th at 8PM at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home. Committal is private.
