

Joseph Manzo, age 56, entered into rest February 11, 2012 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 18, 1955 to Joseph Manzo and Frances Zeffero Manzo. Joseph was a retired plumber for the NYC Housing Authority Plumbers Local #1. Joseph also coached with the WYFCL of Washingtonville. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle who will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy A. Manzo and their children: Joseph T., Nicole and Mary-Jo Manzo all of South Blooming Grove; parents, Joseph and Frances Manzo of Brooklyn, NY; mother-in-law, Dorothy Daly; two sisters, Donna and her husband, James McColgan of Brooklyn, NY and Karen and her husband, Terry O’Shaughnessy of Bell Harbor, NY; he is also survived by five brothers-in-law; four sisters-in-law, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be on Monday February 13 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday February 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home in Washingtonville, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15 at St. Mary’s Church in Washingtonville. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Washingtonville.
