Kathleen Mary McMahon Sutter, entered into rest on Monday, April 12, 2010, after a 13 year battle with Alzheimers, her courageous battle ended with her reunion with her husband, the late Peter Sutter.

Kathleen was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed working with children. Her many accomplishments included EF Hutton in NYC, AHRC, Boces and raising 5 children.

Kathleen was a loving mother of 5 children who will miss her dearly. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Washingtonville.

Kathleen could always be seen attending her flowers and singing songs and above all smiling! Her success was not measured by fame, wealth or power but by a happy marriage and loving home.

To celebrate her memory her survivors include, Peter and Kim Sutter of Newburgh, Judy and Tim Doran of Rock Tavern, James and Michelle Sutter of Campbell Hall, Kathleen and Bill Patrick of Chester, and Robert and Stacey of Newburgh; as well as her brother, Robert J. McMahon and Carol of Greenwood Lake and Victor Sutter and Sherry of North Carolina; as well as ten grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 14, from 9-11 a.m., at the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North St., Washingtonville, NY.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 14, at funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Washingtonville, NY.
