Mr. Leonard John “Lenny” Radzicki died unexpectedly, but peacefully in his residence on 2/8/2020 in New Windsor, NY at the age of 53. Lenny is survived by; his Mother, Lillian Smith of Blooming Groove NY; his significant other, Laurie Flanagan of New Windsor; his Daughter, Amber Radzicki of Valenica PA, his Grand-daughter, Mia Radzicki of Valencia, PA; his Brothers Steve Radzicki of Walden, NY and Joseph Smith of Del Rey, FL. He is preceded in death by his son, Lenny Radzicki Jr. of Valencia, PA. Lenny was Born on December 30, 1966 in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY to the parents of Stanley and Lillian Radzicki. He attended Washingtonville High School and studied and excelled in Refrigeration and HVAC work. He was married to Melissa Elser in the year 1991. Over a period of time, the couple welcomed two children, a perfect set of twins, a boy, Lenny Jr. and a girl, Amber into their home. Years later the Hudson Valley welcomed Lenny back home. Lenny and Laurie high school sweethearts rekindled and made a beautiful home together with their dog Raven. Friends and Family are grateful for the time they had to reconnect with Lenny and make beautiful memories with their; Son, Brother, Uncle, Nephew and friend before this unexpected passing. Lenny was mechanically inclined and if he did not know how to solve the problem, he would take the object apart, diagnose the issue, fix the problem, and put the unit back together returning it to its working state. He was quick with the mouth and always had a big grin on his face. Lenny was a passionate person, who enjoyed spending time laughing with others and riding his motorcycle. He was dedicated to his family and would always lend a helping hand to friends. The wake will be held on Thursday, February 13th from (7:00-9:00 pm) and Friday, February 14th from (4:00– 8:00 pm) at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, Washingtonville, NY. Lenny was a big part of my childhood as he dated Missi Elser who was my best friend and next door neighbor at that time and of course later on married her.....we shared SO many amazing memories and good times we even worked together for a short time at an appliance store in Rockland county-ALWAYS a CRAZY adventure with Len! I will forever remember his beautiful BIG smile which was a constant on his face ( devious most times) but always contagious. You have left your mark on this earth my friend ....may you rest in peace with your beautiful boy ....you will be missed!

My heartfelt condolence to the family and friends of Lenny. Words cannot express how sad I am to hear of Lenny’s passing. I am forever thankful our paths crossed and lucky enough to call him a friend. His smile was infectious and if you were having a bad day Lenny could always make you laugh and forgot your troubles even if it was only for a little while. Although heaven has gained an angel, we have lost our friend and Nick and I will miss him dearly. May Your Rest Easy Lenny until we meet again. God Bless.

I am so saddened by Lenny's passing, he was a big hearted sweet man. I had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving with him and his sweet gf Lori. Every day is a gift with people you care about. I already miss knowing that i will not see him anymore but comforted that he is in peace and with his son. All my love to the family, god bless you all.

Lenny was one of my students back in the ‘80s. He drove me crazy but I loved him dearly. He had a smile that lit up the room, and always cared about others. I am very saddened by his passing.
