MELISSA BIAGINI-PHILLIPS, 34April 24, 1975 - December 1, 2009Washingtonville, NY Melissa Biagini-Phillips of Washingtonville, a secretary for Fairview Homes, entered into rest with her family beside her on December 1, 2009 at home. She was 34. The daughter of Vincent Biagini and Anna Jane Decker, she was born April 24, 1975 in Goshen, NY. She was a graduate of Washingtonville High School and Mount St. Mary’s College in 1999. A family statement reads: "She was a loving wife, daughter, and sister, beloved niece and cousin, and dearest friend." Survivors include her husband, Robert Phillips of Washingtonville; parents, Vincent and Anna Jane Biagini of Washingtonville; grandmother, Alphonsa Dailey of Washingtonville; brother, Vincent Biagini of Washingtonville; sister, Maryann and Brittany Arrington of Verona, NJ; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Robert and Anna Phillips of Cedar Grove, NJ; also many cousins, aunts, uncles, and her beloved dog, Bo. A gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday, December 5, from 1-3 p.m. at the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North St., Washingtonville. Services will be held on Saturday, December 5, at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
