Richard Rodstrom Sr.

Richard Rodstrom, Sr. of Goshen formally of City Island, Bronx , NY passed away on Saturday February 6, 2011. He was 70 years old. He retired from New York City Police Department after 27 years of service. He then went on to Private Security Managemet. He managed many of the parking lots for the restaurants on City Island. He was a member of the Honor Legon, he was also a Hunter Safety Instructor. He was a dedicated volunter for St. John the Evangelist Church where he made many friends.

Richard is survived by his wife Dolores and son Richard Jr., daughter- in- law Michelle, Granddaughter Nicole and Brittany.... Daughter Nancy and Son- in- law Cory Fontana of City Island and Granddaughters Samantha and Sabrina...

Daughter Debra and Son- in- law Frederic Provencial and Grandsons Michael and Freddie... He was predeceased by son Robert .

A Mass and luncheon will be held where friends and family will be invited to join in a celebration of Richards life in the Spring. Arrangements under the direction of Thomas A. Murray of David T.
