Susan M. (Nagle) Falsetta, a 25-year resident of Blooming Grove, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
The daughter of Earl R. Nagle and Beverly E. Nagle, Susan was born June 10, 1960 in Troy, NY.
Susan is survived by her sons, Daniel and Steven, and her husband, Michael, at home. She is also survived by her brothers, Richard of North Royalton, OH, and Thomas of Latham, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Kaitlyn.
Susan graduated from Junior College of Albany, and worked for Sounds Great in Albany, and Integra Interiors in Farmingdale. After moving to Blooming Grove, Susan worked at Millstein and Co., the Blooming Grove Town Hall, and the Washingtonville Central School District.
Susan gave freely of her time volunteering with the Planning Board in the Town of Blooming Grove, Round Hill Elementary School, the Washingtonville schools PTO organization, and for several years she taught Religious Education classes at St. Mary’s in Washingtonville.
Susan led efforts collecting donations for shipment to troops in Iraq and enjoyed working for the Hudson Valley Renegades Fan Club.
She was an avid photographer who often captured school events and freely shared her photos of those events with others. She enjoyed crocheting and doing various craft projects, but her greatest joy came from celebrating life with her children.
Friends and family may call on Tuesday, December 28, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North St., Washingtonville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 29, at St. Mary’s Church in Washingtonville. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Washingtonville.
