Theresa Schaefer

Theresa Schaefer 85 of Campbell Hall, NY and formerly of Huntington Long Island, NY went to be with her Lord on November 15, 2021. Theresa was born in Newark, NJ on March 4, 1936 to Pasquale Mastroianni and Gertrude Pascuzzi. Theresa was predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years William T. Schaefer. Devoted mother to Theresa and her husband John, William Jr. and his wife Kelly and Gregory and his wife Lauren. Cherished Grandmother to Jessica, Kristina, Alayna, Alyssa, Emma, Gregory Jr. and Lisette. Predeceased by her siblings Anthony Mastroianni, George Mastroianni, Frank Mastroianni, Connie Koldeway, Gloria Courduff, Patsy Mastroianni. Survived by her sister Elvira Moore and brother Theodore Mastroianni. Theresa was a devout member of St. Mary’s Church Washingtonville, NY and served as a Eucharistic minister, CCD teacher and a member of Catholic Daughters. Theresa wanted to acknowledge to all, her love for her Lord Jesus Christ. Visitation will be held Friday, November 19, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North St. Washingtonville, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 20, 12:30pm St. Mary’s church 42 Goshen Avenue, Washingtonville, NY. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Washingtonville.
