Mother, Nana, Sister, Aunt and Friend
On May 25, 2019 Ronnie Cudmore of Washingtonville, NY passed surrounded by her family at
the age of 75. Preceded by her parents Leo and Bridget Scales, sister Mary Ann Cina and
brother in laws, Garry Cina and Thomas Lavin.
Ronnie is survived by her four children, Christine Rivera, husband Luis, Eileen Belcher,
husband Jay, Thomas Cudmore, Deirdre Rodriguez, husband Daniel, eight grandchildren,
Victoria, Samuel, Thomas, Sabrina, Jenna, Sophia, Ryan and Leila. Also survived by her sister,
Sheila Lavin and many nieces and nephews.
Ronnie was born in Floral Park, NY on September 5, 1943. She moved to Washingtonville NY in
1986 where she resided for the last 33 years and made a home for her family. Ronnie
dedicated herself to her family and friends. Ronnie’s home was the epicenter of her family’s life.
Her children and all their friends enjoyed Sunday and holiday dinners, laughing and just being
themselves. Ronnie’s most enjoyable part of life was being Nana to her grandchildren.
Ronnie was the epitome of strength and left her imprint on us all. She will be forever loved and
missed.
Visitation will be held at David T Ferguson Funeral Home, May 28th, from 4PM-8PM,
Washingtonville, NY.
A Funeral Mass will be held on May 29th, 10:30AM at St. Mary’s Church, Washingtonville, NY.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan County.
