It was an honor to meet the Tonic Family so many years ago at Uncle Scott’s pool party . I instantly felt their love , had lots of laughs , lots of homemade cooking (😀) and left the day knowing they were a warm loving family . I felt like I knew them a long time . I’m so sorry for this sad time . We are all here to help each other through this difficult time . 😘🙏🏻

My sincerest condolences to all of the family. Bill and I worked together as officers as well as Sgts. At Otisville C. F. A wonderful Man to work with and a friend. We had so many good times as well as tough ones by virtue of our jobs. As can be imagined we all at Otisville had each other's backs and that alone makes you closer than most jobs coworkers. I have been retired 11 years and Bill is one of a handful of employees I often remember. May my friend Bill rest in PEACE.

My heartfelt condolences to the entire Tonic family during this most difficult time. Although Bill was a few years older than me, I do remember him from the days my brothers & I spent in Washingtonville, N.Y. & at the Tonics. May God Bless Your Family & comfort you !

Dear Karen and Willy’s family,

The thought of Willy no longer here is just too much to bear. The Salmon River will never be the same without him. He spent so many years there! The thought of fish running without Willy on the island breaks our heart. May he Rest In Peace. Willy was such a fun, loving and caring man. His smiling face will be missed. You know where we are Karen. ♥️
