Im so happy I stumbled upon this. All of the nice things and memories people have of you puts a smile on my face. It's been ten years and I still miss you dearly. Wish we could of had you around for a little bit longer. I love you mom. 

my dad has asked me for a google search and I so happen to come across your page; I find myself thinking about you and how different life could have been with you here. I would just like to say something to you once more. this impact on us is just so sad and amazing. the way you set everything out was just amazing. we are all sad that you are gone. some people dont realize on how truely you love and admire somebody until there gone. the second time i steped in your house i felt werid not saying cion tia it almost riped my heart in half. tia you were like a picture. When there's a picture it's in balck and white. Our sincere condolences to the family of Yanira. My wife (Nishat) and I met Yanira in 2005. We were looking for a home in Hudson Valley area. Yanira was so impressive, charming and energetic in showing us homes, that we ended up buying the home with her help. We had to provide our own appliances for the new home, and I will not forget the day Yanira helped me load up some electric fixtures in her SUV car in the Bronx area on a rainy day. She went out of her way to help us.

May God bless her soul and give strength to the family she left behind.

It is so rare to have the good fortune of knowing someone as beautiful on the inside as Yanira was on the outside. She brought her light and joy into every room as she walked in, and spread that light to all who knew her. She was a shining star on earth. 
 A true woman in every sense of the word, strong, loving, hardworking and compassionate. Some one to look up to even during her worst times. I was amazed at her strength, determination and ability to find a smile no matter what was happening. It was her love for her family that kept her going. I only wish we could all follow her example when life becomes a daily struggle. 
 My deepest sympathy to her love, Tom and to her beloved children, her family, and to all of us. Our wilting but beautiful rose is in full bloom now gracing the heavenly garden we will all be part of when we are called home at last.
