My Best Friend,
I want you to know how much our 30+ years meant to me. I could have not asked for a better work partner. We could talk 8 hours and still call each other after work. Our adventures were the best. We did everything for the children. Something as simple as me making fried chicken and you bringing the spinach salad, the day at the State Fair was the best. The only regret I have is not getting together with our grandchildren. Maci is beautiful and full of smiles like you! I have everything in my heart. If heaven has a campground save me the site next to you. We can pick up right where we left off. Rest in peace my friend I will miss you. Love Mary

Dawn had one of the biggest hearts. She is such a beautiful soul. She will be greatly missed. I know I didn't get to spend a lot of time with her but when we did, they were some very memorable times. She will always be apart of my family. I know she meant a lot to Jerry, Josh and Beth. I will cherish the good times we shared together. Dawn was a very special lady.  She even brought me homemade food when she was helping Jerry work on my basement.  I know how much she has meant to Jerry and my heart goes out to the whole family at this time of great loss.  My prayers are with all of you.

Dawn was a beautiful person both inside and out. She was always there to lend a helping hand. My mom could not have asked for a better best friend. Dawn was always the person that you could count on. She may not have been the most punctual but if she said would be somewhere she was..that right there is what I loved about her the most.  I will never forget the concerts in the parks, BBQ's, carnivals,  camping trips and of course bowling.  Rest in peace Dawn and always continue to shine.

We became a family when Dawn was just 4 years old. She accepted me as a sister right from the start, regardless of blood. She always reminded me of a doe in the forest. Skittish and shy but so beautiful to behold. There were times I thought she was so fragile, but then she would surprise me and stand up for what she believed was right, which in itself made such an impact.  We shared the bond and legacy of being grandmothers. Last time I saw her (July 2nd)she lit up talking about Maci and pulled out picture after picture to show her brother Curtis. The pride and joy in her voice as she told Curtis how Maci smiles at everyone and isn't afraid of anything  really touched my heart. My heart aches for having lost not only a sister but a friend as well.

Every time Kathy & I got to see Dawn she was always smiling and having a good time.  It was obvious that Dawn brought a lot of joy to Jerry's life and was a loving & caring Mom to Josh & Beth.  Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Mom (missy, gram gram) I have 24 years of amazing memories of you I can't just choose one. Thank you for being such an amazing mom to me and grandma to Maci. You always made sure Josh and I was taken care of and happy. I have so many memories of when we were little. You took me and josh everywhere and did everything with us. Thank you for showing me how to be a great mom to Maci. You would drop everything you were doing to be here for me. Maci truly adores you im so happy you got to spend so much time with her and bond with her the way you did. I love how happy she made you and how excited you would get to see her. I will make sure I tell her all about you everyday! Thank you for 24 years of love and happiness. I'm going to miss you so much. We talked atleast 4-5 times a day I'm going to miss calling you and getting texts from you all day asking to see pics of Maci. We love you so much mom!! Love, Beth, Erik and Maci

Jerry I'm sorry for your loss she was a very special person to me and everyone who new her we use to love sitting and talking about our kids and she bring Chloe over to play in my yard and have are coffee while we talked and laughed I will miss her and I never heard someone be so happy as she was when she new she was finally gonna be a grandma I love her she was one of a kind .
