Frances “Fran” Kathryn Lourie passed away April 21, 2018 at the age of 73 surrounded by her loving family. Frances was born in Ypsilanti, Michigan to parents John and Kathryn Burlett. She was happily married to the love of her life: the late Charles Raymond Lourie.
Loving mother of James (Carolyn), Teresa, Michael (Rebecca), and Timothy. Beloved grandmother of Chad, Brandi, Joseph, Michael Jr. (Briana), Jessica, Christian, and Alexis. Fran was also “Granny Franny” to many cherished great-grandchildren.
Frances retired from Unistrut with over 40 years of service. She had a big heart and made time for everyone with her witty humor. She will be dearly missed and loved by all. She loved spending time with her friends, family, children, and grandchildren and sharing her wisdom with them.
Visitation Thursday, April 26 from 4-8pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 34567 Michigan Avenue in Wayne. Funeral Service Friday, April 27 at 11am (in state at 10am) at the Funeral Home. Interment at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock.
