Louis Charles Habicht Jr.

Louie was the beloved husband of Cathy Habicht for 46 wonderful years. He was the loving and proud father of 4 children - Sons; Charles Habicht, Mark Habicht, and Jared Habicht (who preceded him in death), and daughter; Keli Habicht. He was the cherished Papa of 3 grandchildren; Briane (Justin) Cecil, Grace Habicht, and Wyatt Tola and dearest Great-Papa of Kendall Young, Justin Cecil Jr., and Callie Cecil. Dear brother of 6 siblings; Shirley Oster (preceded in death), Michael Habicht (preceded in death), Daniel Habicht, Lori (Jay) Snyder, John Habicht, and James Habicht. Brother-in-law to Kerri (Tom) Henley. Son-in-law to Imogene Tollefson. He is also the beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Louie "Buddy" enjoyed spending time outdoors. He looked forward to hunting turkey and deer each season and also loved being out on the water fishing, in between. He was a talented quilt maker. Designing and sewing his own creations to pass the indoor winter months. Louie was a very hard worker and provider for his family. He retired from General Motors after proudly working there for 32 years. He was a loving husband, father, papa, great papa, brother and friend. He will be deeply missed.

Visitation, Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 34567 Michigan Avenue, Wayne, Michigan 48184, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
