Mary Billings passed away on August 30, 2016 at the age of 94. She was the loving wife of the late Richard J. Carter for 15 years and the late George Billings for over 30 years. The angelic mother of the late Richard Lon Carter and Janice (Ron) Dandrea. The cherished grandmother of Shawna Cunningham Jacob and Jay Carter. She was preceded in death by her parents Giovanni and Isabella Filippi and her siblings Anna, Geno, Gina, and Orlando.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 10:30am at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 N. Haggerty Road in Plymouth. Friends may visit the church beginning at 10am.
