Mary Lillian Moody

She was known for her quick wit and sassy personality, but beneath that spirited exterior was a woman of deep kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for her family. For many years, Mary served as a supervisor for the Romulus school transportation system, where she oversaw bus routes with dedication and care. She took great pride in her work and the responsibility of helping ensure students arrived safely each day.

In retirement, Mary enjoyed escaping the Michigan winters by snowbirding to Florida and Alabama, where she embraced the sunshine and slower pace of life. Whether reading a favorite book, enjoying a home-cooked meal, or simply spending time with those she loved, Mary appreciated the everyday moments that made life special.

Mary leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her love, strength, humor, and the countless memories they shared together. Her legacy lives on through the generations she helped shape with her wisdom, resilience, and caring spirit.
