

Alice Louise Falls, 84, of Staunton, passed away on Sunday evening February 2, 2025 at Staunton Post Acute & Rehabilitation. She was born on October 22, 1940, a daughter of the late Arthur Stevenson & Rhoda (Layman) Johnson.
Alice was a member of Waynesboro Mennonite Church. She enjoyed assisting with the children's midweek program.
She completed her seventh grade education at Stuarts Draft Elementary School. She worked as a Sales Representative for Avon and won many awards for high monthly sales. While living in North Carolina she volunteered with Ten Thousand Villages, selling products from around the world.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings Dorothy Driver, Ruby Johnson, Anna Dettwiler and Daniel Johnson.
Survivors include her son, James Falls, Jr. and grandson, Tyler; sisters, Ruth Duncan and husband Howard, Susan Poole and brother, Samuel Johnson, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00a.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at Waynesboro Mennonite Church officiated by Pastor Phil Lehman. Interment will be private.
The family wishes to thank the third floor staff at Staunton Post Acute & Rehabilitation and the wonderful support and passionate personnel from Gentiva Hospice, Makayla Phillips, Allison Jackson, Whitney Mallory, Melanie Hatter, Rachel Flecher and Pastor Larry Atkins.
