Annie Kathleen Rodgers

Born July 18, 1923 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late William R. and Mary N. (Kincaid) Rodgers.

Miss Rodgers was a member of Greenville Baptist Church. She worked as an LPN at Western State for over 30 years. Annie was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who was in need. Every year she enjoyed planting and tending to her vegetable gardening and working outside.

Survivors include her loving sister, Juanita Ballew of Mint Spring and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Augusta Memorial Park with Dr. Steve Taylor officiating.

Those wishing to pay their respects may stop by the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St., Waynesboro between 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 17, 2013.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
