

He was courageous and fought hard to be here for his family until the very end. He passed peacefully at UVA hospital surrounded by his family.
Bill was married to his wife, Vickie for 36 years and blended together 4 children, Anita Thompson and partner Sean Perry, Lisa-Snell Groah and husband Danny Groah, Bobby "Jr" Snell and wife Glener Snell, Mark Snell and wife Ginger Snell.
In addition he is survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he all loved dearly, however, grand daughter Destiny Coleman and partner Glenn Armentrout and great grand daughter McKaelyn Greenwood truly captured his heart.
Bill was a devout family man who worked hard as a truck driver until retirement. He loved the outdoors, hunting, car shows and rebuilding old cars.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, mother and multiple brothers and sisters.
Following cremation, per his wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home or services, however there will be a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes and Crematory.
