Brenda Faye Henderson

She was born February 10, 1943, a daughter of the late Maury Franklin and Katherine (Grayden) Falls.

Mrs. Henderson was the last member of her immediate family.

She was a homemaker and an art teacher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Henderson, Jr. on October 29, 2018.

Survivors include two sons, Mark Henderson, Barry Henderson both of Chesterfield County, Va; grandchildren, Christopher Gibbs, Joshua Henderson, Shawn Henderson, Matthew Henderson and Sarah Boyd; great-grandchildren, Ayden, Austin, Ashton Boyd, Lily Gibbs, Jaime Gibbs, Lennox Gibbs, Callum Gibbs and Maisie Gibbs; sister-in-law, JoAnne Ramusse; brother-in-law, Gary Henderson and wife, Anna of Harrisonburg.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, October, 2, 2025 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St. Following the visitation, there will be a procession from the funeral home to Augusta Memorial Park for a graveside service at 1:00 p.m. officiated by the Rev. Dr. Paul LaPrevotte.

Active pallbearers will be Mark Henderson, Barry Henderson, Matthew Henderson, Christopher Gibbs, Joshua Henderson and Shawn Henderson.
