Charlotte Marie Link Quick Hodge

Charlotte Marie (Link) Quick Hodge 82, formerly of Waynesboro, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 at Wellspring of Brightview. Born in Buena Vista on July 11, 1933 a daughter of the late Julia (Thorne) and Hayward Wilson Link. Charlotte was a member of West Waynesboro Church of Christ. She was also a member of Disciples Kitchen. Charlotte was a devoted Christian, and lovely cared for her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Hodge; son, David Hodge, son –in-law, Dennis Burnett, and grandson, Christopher Norene. Survivors include her sons, Jeremy Quick (Teresa) and Stan Hodge (Suzie); daughters, Cynthia Burnett, Brenda Norene (Kevin), and Terri Morehead; her siblings, Evelynne Flora, Curtis, Kenneth, Jimmy Link and their spouses and families; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family members, and friends. Special acknowledgement to Chase Harris Quick, Kristin and Cooper Bednarczyk, and Devin Johnson. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Phil Forehand officiating. Burial to follow at Riverview Cemetery. Family will receive friends an hour prior to services at the funeral home.
