Cheryl Lynn Plummer

Cheryl Lynn Plummer, 57, of Lyndhurst, passed away on Saturday October 23, 2021 at her residence.
Mrs. Plummer was born on April 10, 1964 in Glens Falls, NY and was a daughter of the late Anthony J. and Betty Lou (Wilson) Ricciardelli. Cheryl worked for many years as a manager of KB Toys and Big Lots. Most recently she worked for Starbucks. She loved camping and spending time outdoors. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
On September 25, 2016 she married Malcolm Plummer who survives.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Plummer is survived by her children, Ashleigh Bobbett and husband Michael of Waynesboro, Brittany Kirby and husband Jeremy of Stuarts Draft; siblings, Libby Hennessey and husband Steve of Glens Falls, NY, Gina Evans of Waynesboro, Angel Fitzgerald and husband Ed of Waynesboro, Nick Ricciardelli and wife Jackie of Missouri; grandchildren, Jonathan Lawley, Bentley Bobbett, McKenzie Bobbett, Charlotte Kirby; stepdaughter, Kaylee Plummer of Stuarts Draft; lifelong friends, Robin and Larry Crosen, Sheryl Green; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Anthony John Ricciardelli, III and Allen Joseph Ricciardelli.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 30, 2021 at 11 AM at the Waynesboro Mennonite Church with Jeff Henderson officiating. The family will share in a time of fellowship and remembrance in the social hall following the service. The family asks that you bring a covered dish to share.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 1445 Rio Road E, Ste. #104 Charlottesville, VA 22901.
