Ms Christine was a pure joy to work with on any occasion. She was always prompt, professional & caring. She understood how important "the cake" was to the success of whatever event experience. I shared so many wonderful moments with her.
She taught me how to cut a wedding cake properly to keep it in tack til the final piece was served. She even rescued damage cakes that she didn't make. She was a true artist.
I'll always be thankful to her.
