Constance Annette "Connie" Swann

Constance Annette “Connie” Swann, 51, of Fishersville passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Born November 21, 1966 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of Ellen (Lowery) Lawhorne. Connie was a graduate of Stuarts Draft High School – Class of 1985 and Eastern Mennonite University-Class of 2001. She was currently employed with TSSI in Harrisonburg where she worked as an accounting clerk. In earlier years, she had been employed with Hollister where she worked in quality control and the engineering office. She will remembered as a wife, mom, daughter,sister, aunt and cousin. She was preceded in death by her nanny, Alice “Juanita” Lowery; aunt, Alice Jane Dooms and cousin, Susie Bailey. In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Robert Swann; daughter, Autumn Swann; sister, Crystal Allen and husband, Steve; nieces, Demie Allen and Harlie Allen; aunts, Carolyn “Maw” Jones and Judy Davis; cousins, Arlene Hanger, Chuck Dooms, Becky Davis, Dee Plecker, Karen Gray, Darren Davis and David Allen Mayo; a very special friend, Buck Frazier; as well as many cousins and special friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Mount Vernon Church of the Brethren, 90 Mount Vernon Road, Waynesboro. A reception will follow the service at the church where the family will receive friends.
