Daniel Paul Dovel

Daniel was born at RMH in Harrisonburg on December 31st, 1972. He worked as a concrete finisher for Valley Pool for over 12 years as well as working with several other construction companies.

Daniel is preceded in death by his mother, Donna Louise (Samples) Dovel.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Stephanie Dovel of Waynesboro; a son, Adam Dovel of Waynesboro and a daughter, Cheyenne Gillaspy of Elkton.

In addition, he is survived by a step-brother, Daniel Henson of Greenville; a grandson, Reese; and two special dogs, Roscoe and Jinx.

Daniel will be remembered for being a good friend, who never hesitated to help a friend in need, as well as being an animal lover, especially if it was a dog.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a date to be determined by the family.
