David Nelson Andrews

David Nelson Andrews, 64, of Staunton passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021 at Augusta Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Fishersville. Born September 23, 1956 in LaGrange, KY, he was the son of the late Donald Eli and Ruth Emma Jean (Shepherd) Andrews. David greatly enjoyed socializing with friends and family and going fishing. Those who knew David will remember his love for people and all things surrounding Christmas. Survivors include his son, Joshua Andrews of Verona; mother of his son and close friend, Bonnie Andrews of Stuarts Draft; sister, Susan Andrews of Churchville; brother, Dennis Andrews and wife, Teresa of Churchville; niece, Danelle Link; nephew, D.W. Andrews; and great nieces and nephews. Following cremation, all services will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes of Waynesboro.
