Donna C. (Dunning) Terrell

Born May 15, 1958 in Charlottesville, she was a daughter of the late George Wesley and Joyce Elaine (Branch) Dunning.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her significant other, Donnie Flynn.

Donna owned and operated Classic Design where she artistically assisted many individuals with their interior design needs for over 20 years. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. Donna loved crafting, yard work, being outside, and traveling. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many.

Survivors include her son, Steven Terrell of Waynesboro; two granddaughters, Jaelyn and Alexis Terrell; great-granddaughter, Madelyn Terrell; siblings, Roger Dale “R.D.” Dunning of Whitehall, VA, Julia Mae Patterson “Sissy” of Whitehall, VA, George W. Dunning, Jr. and wife, Amanda, of Stuarts Draft, Donnie B. Dunning of Waynesboro, and Vickie E. Eavers and husband, Jimmy, of Staunton; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2025 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St., Waynesboro with her sister, Pastor Julia Mae Patterson officiating.
