Dulcie Catherine (Vicars) Claytor, 58, of 925 Glencoe Ave Waynesboro, passed away on January 4 2017 at her home. She was born in Bristol, Virginia on February 14,1958, a daughter of the late William H., Jr. and Dorothy (Self ) Vicars.
In addition to her parents, Dulcie was preceded in death by her son, Michael Lee Claytor.
Dulcie is survived by her fiancé, Charles Rhodes; brother, Charles Vicars and wife, Barbara of Waynesboro; son, James Vicars and wife, Kimberly of Grottoes; daughter, Candy Claytor and partner, Stephen Andes of Waynesboro; grandchildren, Faith Maybush Chelsie Vicars, Hunter Vicars and Calvin Andes; niece, Janis Vicars; great nephew, Ethan Vicars of Waynesboro; as well as, father of her children, Kenneth Claytor.
A celebration of life service will be conducted for family and close friends will be announced once all family has been notified.
