On Feb. 3rd, DD closed his eyes to this earthly existence only to awaken in his Heavenly Home. He stopped at Heaven's Gate to wait a few moments for his lovely wife Alene of 67 years to join him Feb. 5th to tour the beautiful place they had journeyed to for so long. They rejoiced as they met their Lord & Savior Jesus Christ & viewed the Splendor of Heaven's Beauty. Their Witness to Us here & resounding message "We shall meet someday!"
For years they were Volunteers for Me at the Nursing Homes. Faithful, Caring & Loving to so many.
God nurture you in your sorrow , refresh you in your memories. Heartfelt Love & Prayers

George and I send our deepest sympathy to Nathan and his family. Alene and D.D. welcomed us to Windy Acres 40 years ago and Alene helped us so many times at the Bank. Many sweet memories. Nathan you and your family are in our prayers. We are sorry we can't be at the Home-Going Celebration Service as we are in Florida. Our friend Billy Coffey will also be in our prayers to as he prepares for this service.
