She was born April 26, 1948.
Frances worked as a nurse’s aide for both the former Waynesboro Community Hospital and Augusta Health in Fishersville, Virginia.
Survivors include her husband, Billie S. Royer, Jr.; daughter, April Leach; son, Kelley Rose; stepson, Christopher Scott Royer and a stepdaughter, Melisia Anne Porter.
Following cremation there will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
