She was born December 21, 1937 in New York a daughter of the late Virgil B. and Dorothy Frances Geurnsey Langworthy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Dorothy S. “Dori” Brown.
Survivors include a daughter, Kathy Robson and her husband, Nathan of Fishersville; four grandchildren, John Parker Robson, Claire Robson, Kathryn Brown and Will Brown; as well as a son-in-law, James Brown of Nashville, TN.
Happy loved her family and friends, her West Highland White Terrier, Ms. Lilli Whyte and Duke basketball, her Alma Mater.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes by Pastor Todd Brown.
The family will receive friends following the service.
