Danny, her oldest grandson, has told everyone how Nan taught him how to grow flowers- especially roses- and how to make the perfect gravy. She knew the Bible, politics , was a natural poet and never lost an argument. She had beautiful dark hair and an infectious laugh. When we learned of her passing, Danny rose from his chair and said, “She was a GREAT grandmother “ and then he went out to work in the flower beds 💗

My mom was a good strong Christian woman!
She loved “my lord and savior Jesus Christ “ was the way she would end her prayer no matter if she was praying before eating or before going to sleep!!
She loved her family and always wanted us close to her, even tho we could not be there with her all the time,; she knew we loved her and always in our thoughts and prayers!!
Days before she died she made a comment to me that she loved “all” her family!
She was a good mother( even tho there were times us kids didn’t think so) she was not perfect and did the best she could!
She was married to two Christian men and knew all her children are Christian!
She will be truly be missed and always in our hearts, and loved!
I truly love you , mom- your baby daughter, ANN
ps:I would like to thank all of her caregivers, Waynesboro first aid, AMC especially the nurses and Drs in the ER, hospice at her home and at the hospital, and when she was at The Shenandoah House , and Reynolds Funeral Home ; PastorPaul of SHBC and PastorJohn WBC; all her friends and family that come to visit and gave her love and to my many Cousins from NJ,,PA, & NC for making her life complete! If I missed anyone thanks and GOD BLESS YOU ALL, ANN
