He was born January 24,1953, the son of the late John Henry, Sr., and Helen Louise Anderson Smith.
He attended Wilson Memorial High School and was a self employed truck driver prior to his retirement.
Survivors include two daughters, Stefany Marie Smith; Brooke Yvonne Goolsby; brother, Paul “Tommy” Thomas Smith’ sisters, Helen Luann Vaughn, Suzann Smith Jones; four grandchildren, Kali Thornton, Caleb Smith, India Cordova, Atticus Cordova and a number of great grandchildren.
At his request his body will be cremated and there will be no services.
Arrangements been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
