Joyce Ann (Clark) Miller

Joyce Ann (Clark) Christianson, 64, of Staunton passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Envoy of Staunton. Born October 19, 1955 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late Oakie Curtis and Maude Ernestine (Blackwell) Clark. Joyce will be remembered as a woman of great faith, for her sense of humor, and her giving spirit towards others through her generous acts of kindness. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Glenda Sue Combs. Survivors include her two children, Jessica Christianson and fiancé, J. B. Parker of Staunton and Steven Christianson and girlfriend, Afton Meeter of Staunton; grandchildren, Harmony Faith, Melody Joy and Phoenix Love; sisters, Brenda Lotts and husband, Harry, Wanda Holder and husband, Russ, and Janet DuLaney and husband, David; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Gospel Light Baptist Church, 860 Maryland Ave., Waynesboro. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St. Burial will be private.
