He was born in New Mexico on December 31, 1937 to the late Juan Jesus and Macedonia (Cruz) Cordova.
Tony proudly served his country in the United States Navy aboard the USS Philippine Naval Sea Aircraft Carrier from 1956 until 1960.
He was awarded the most square around sailor.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Tony Cordova; brother, Johnny Cordova; sisters, Mary Strom and Nancy Schwartz.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Fortune Cordova; daughter, Elsie Harlow; three brothers, George, Dan and Alex Cordova; sister, Margie Thomas; 3 grandchildren, Brittany, Bryce and Brady Harlow, as well as 4 great grandchildren.
Following cremation there will be no services planned at this time.
