Les was a long time acquaintance whom I met through the Blue Ridge Corvette Club and since we both shared an employment background with regulated utilities we had much to converse about. He was a delight to see at Club events and we always enjoyed the company of Les and Barbara. The Club won't be the same without him.

I have known Les for many years. One of my latest and fondest memories is of serving on the nominating committee at FBC with him. I had the dubious honor of being chair of the committee. Les had more time and experience than I and he was so helpful and gracious. I couldn't have done it without him. What a wonderful human being. I will miss him.
