Lewis Hamilton Hite

Lewis Hamilton Hite, 69, of Staunton passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Augusta Health. Born March 19, 1950 in Virginia, he was the son of the late Otho Clinton and Mary Gertrude (Henderson) Hite. Prior to retirement, Lewis worked as a custodial engineer with Augusta County School System. Survivors include his brother, Otho Clarence Hite, Sr. and wife, Bea of Staunton; nephew, Otho C. “Buddy” Hite, II; niece, Margaret Hite; great nephew, Robert Joseph Hite; great niece, Reba Branch; and great-great niece, Madison Hite. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St., Waynesboro.
