She was born September 4, 1952, a daughter of the late Roy Taylor Sensabaugh and Ileita E. (Dudley) Sensabaugh.
Linda was a member of Fishersville Community Church, retired as a teacher’s aide from the Augusta County Public School System and was a graduate of Wilson Memorial High School Class of 1970.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Betty Berry and Sylvia Ponton.
Survivors include her husband, Clifton Hamilton; son, Mark Hamilton of Waynesboro; daughter, Heather Hamilton of Waynesboro; one brother, Douglas Sensabaugh of Delaware; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2024 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St. Waynesboro.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Fishersville Community Church with Pastor Chris Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.
Active pallbearers will be Ken Hilbert, Nelson Carter, Clay Steagall, Seth Davis, Josh Hamilton, Tom Almarode, Jonathan Sargent, David Ball and Kenneth Hamilton.
Honorary pallbearers will be friends attending the service.
