Lois Furr Bradley, 92, of Waynesboro, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Shenandoah Nursing Home in Fishersville.
Mrs. Bradley was born on September 4, 1930 in Augusta County, and was a daughter of the late Hubert Harrison Furr and Ethel May (Carter) Furr Pannell. Lois loved yard sales and collecting antiques. She was also an avid supporter of the Waynesboro Historical Society and had a fondness for Waynesboro History. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Tribble Cullen “T.C.” Bradley Jr. on March 11, 2011
Mrs. Bradley is survived by her children, Leslie Michael and husband Kenneth of Waynesboro, Lisa Doyle and husband Johnny of Waynesboro, T.C. Bradley, III and wife Lisa of Ellettsville, IN; a brother, W.G. Pannell of Waynesboro; grandchildren, Bradley Michael and wife Marsha, Lauren Smith and husband Aaron, Sarah Carter and husband Derek, Katelyn Doyle, James Bradley; and her great-grandchildren, Piper Michael, Blakeley Michael, Sloan Michael, Aubree Smith, Barrett Smith, and Ava Rodriguez.
All services will be held privately by the family and at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all memorial contributions be made to the Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center, 1001 Mt. Torrey Road, Lyndhurst, VA 22952, or to the Waynesboro Public Library, 600 S. Wayne Ave., Waynesboro, VA 22980.
