Mack "Pete" Hewitt, III

Pete was born in Waynesboro, Virginia on July 23, 1958 a son of the late Mack Hewitt, Jr. and Edna Mae (Lucas) Hewitt.

Pete was a dedicated employee of A.R. Coffey and Sons where he worked as a heavy equipment operator.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Sweet.

Survivors include his daughter, Brandy Nicole Hewitt of Petersburg, VA; three sisters, Rebecca A. Neese of Afton, Peggy Huffman and husband, William Shatzer of Waynesboro, and Patsy H. Ramsey and husband, Tim, of Grottoes, VA; two granddaughters, Starla Hewitt of Waynesboro and Sierra Hewitt and fiancé, Thomas Richards, of Waynesboro; and his beloved pets, Charlie, Raskle, and Gabby.

Following cremation, there will be no formal services per his wishes.
