Margaret Armstrong Landram Dedrick

Margaret Armstrong Landram Dedrick, 89, of Waynesboro passed away Thursday morning, June 27, 2013 at her residence.

She was born March 8, 1924 in Staunton, daughter of the late Marvin A. and Grace Lorraine Bruce Armstrong.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Earl Preston Landram and six brothers.

Mrs. Dedrick was retired from Western State Hospital with 28 years of service. She enjoyed working puzzles, tending to her vegetable and flower gardens.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Dedrick; two sons, Thomas N. Landram and wife Joyce and Dennis L. Landram, of Staunton; one daughter, Barbara L. Sipe of Staunton; one sister, Peggy Rosvall of Staunton; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 1, 2013 at Augusta Memorial Park with Rev. Randy Blankenship officiating.

There will be no viewing or visitation at the funeral home, however friends may call Sunday between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.
