Norwood Preston Robertson

Mr. Robertson was born on May 18, 1953 in Augusta County, and was a son of the late Jesse McKinley and Eunice Mae (Sipe) Robertson. Norwood was a construction worker by trade. He also enjoyed working on cars. He was a jack of all trades. He also enjoyed playing guitar and fishing. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family, especially cookouts. He served in the United States Marine Corps.

Norwood is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Robertson of Stuarts Draft, Sheri Simpson of Waynesboro; grandchildren, Kristen Robertson, Dylan Robertson, Jordan Robertson, Areil Simpson, Alexis Blackwell; great-grandchildren, Avayah Robertson, Lunayah McDaniel; and the mother of his children, Rose Fitzgerald.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Robertson was preceded in death by his siblings, Gary Robertson, Irene Conner, Frank Robertson, and Ray Robertson.

All services will be held privately and at a later date.
