Otis McKinley Bryant Jr.

He was the son of the late Otis McKinley Sr., and Lucile Norberg Bryant.

Mr. Bryant was of the Baptist faith and was a retired truck driver.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Bryant.

Survivors include his son, A. J. Bryant and daughter-in-law Barbara, a grandson, Joseph Lee Bryant, two special family members; Amanda Moore and Jennifer Powers.

Following cremation, a memorial service will held 4:00 PM Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Shenandoah Heights Baptist Church by Pastor Paul LaPrevotte and his grandson, Joseph Lee Bryant.

The family would like to give a special thank-you to his caregivers, the HOPE Center of Augusta Health and Hospice of the Piedmont.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 675 Peter Jefferson Parkway #300 Charlottesville, VA 22911.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home, friends may call at the residence of his son of 263 Elizabeth Ave., Waynesboro.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes and Crematory.
