She was born May 8, 1950, a daughter of the late Leslie Clay and Lina Vaiden (Jackson) Combs.
Patricia was a former employee of the Leggett Department Store in Waynesboro and retired as a clerk from the BP Convenience Store in Waynesboro.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Michael Wakefield.
Survivors include a brother, Ronald Combs of Stuarts Draft; sister, Judy Gragg and husband Charlie of California; nieces, Shayla Branch, Kristein Porter, and a nephew, Shannon Combs.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Augusta Memorial Park with Pastor Billy Coffey officiating. Those wishing to attend the service may meet directly at the cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Ronald Combs, Shannon Combs, Keith Branch, Kody Branch, Kyle Branch and Robert Jones.
There will be no public viewing or visitation at the funeral home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
